Stanford University Libraries : Each student can have up to 7 free visits per year. The student will have to present their student ID to avail the 7 day pass.
San Jose Public Library Catalog : As long as you are a CA resident (you can proof it with a CA driver's license or CA State ID), you have unlimited and full access to their library.
Sunnyvale Public Library : As a California resident you can get a library card (show your ID) and have full access to the library resources including link+, a service given by the library to borrow books from other link+ libraries.
