Ying Qiu Wang, PRESIDENT of the University is the founder of the Herguan Universe Theory and the Law of the Universe. Dr.Wang is a Western Medicine Doctor MD (China), founder of Herguan Medicine, an American Kennedy University research scholar (1988), founder and chief president of University of East-West Medicine, |
American Herguan University, University of Herguan Universe, and the president of Alliance of Herguan Universe. In 2005 at the global Chinese Medicine Worldwide Convention, he received the honor of “Herguan Medicine Founder Award” and the “Herguan Universe Significant Science and Technology Award”. |

Richard Friberg , Vice President of Organizational Development A well-rounded executive with a proven track record of developing and leading highly successful management teams. Richard has over twenty years of progressive leadership and management responsibilities in corporate level governance and workforce development systems. |
Richard Friberg has teaching experience at almost all levels including high school, adult education, community college, and the California State University. Richard is very humbled with National, State, Regional and Local recognitions for leadership and community service. Has demonstrated expertise in Program Development, Public Affairs/Marketing, Organizational Change and Systems Management, Fundraising/Partnership Building, Interest Based Decision Making and Public Policy Development. |

Jerry Wang, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER A BS degree in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara with emphasis in social economics and politics. He completed an OSHA compliance training course in General Industry Occupational Safety and Health Standards. He is a Certified CPR instructor and has taken courses in human resource management at San Jose State University. |

Dr. Doreen Simmons , Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs Dr. Doreen (Kandy) Simmons brings more than 30 years of academic and student service experience. She served as a full time faculty member, as a dean of academic and student affairs, and as president of a private university and two community colleges. She has experience with developing curriculum, assessing student learning outcomes, and teaching/learning online as well as in the classroom. |
Dr. Simmons has won numerous awards for her academic and community achievements. She is an accomplished speaker, invited by many organizations to address educational and other issues. She has also been a consultant to business and non profit organizations on topics of organizational change, improving communication, customer service, and continuous quality improvement. She has written numerous academic papers and has published a number of articles. She earned a bachelor degree at the University of California, Berkeley, a master degree at California State University, East Bay, and a doctoral degree at the University of Southern California. |

Su Tong, CHIEF OFFICER - FINANCE & HR was a medical associate at the Beijing Chemical Institute in China and received her certificate in accounting from the Economy College in China in 1981. She was at the CAAC Hospital in China and was promoted the Chief Accountant. She was also the Chief Manager in Ying Qiu Wang's Medical Center. |
